PM Surya Ghar – Area Manager: Work Profile (Roles & Responsibilities)
1. Lead Generation & Follow-up

अपने क्षेत्र में eligible घरों की पहचान करना।

Pending connections / leads की स्थिति की निगरानी करना।

ग्राहकों को योजना की पात्रता, subsidy structure और installation process की जानकारी देना।

Daily/Weekly follow-up करके lead को conversion तक लाना।

2. Field Operations Management

Survey टीम, Installation टीम और Documentation टीम को coordinate करना।

Site visit, load calculation, feasibility check आदि की सुपरविजन।

Installation की quality, safety standards और timeline को सुनिश्चित करना।

किसी भी technical या administrative issue को तुरंत resolve करना।

3. Documentation & Portal Compliance

PM Surya Ghar portal पर सभी applications सही ढंग से upload करवाना।

ग्राहक से आवश्यक दस्तावेज: पहचान पत्र, बिजली बिल, photo, bank proof आदि समय पर लेना।

DISCOM verification और subsidy approval की स्थिति को track करना।

Error cases / rejections को rectify करवाना।

4. Customer Relationship Management

ग्राहक को पूरी प्रक्रिया के दौरान guide करना:
subsidy filing → installation → inspection → commissioning → subsidy credit

Complaint/queries का समाधान करना।

Customer satisfaction score बढ़ाने के लिए proactive communication रखना।

5. Vendor & Team Coordination

Solar module, inverter, structure आदि material availability की निगरानी।

Vendor और supplier से समय पर material dispatch करवाना।

Team performance track करना: daily reporting, task allocation, productivity review।

6. Revenue & Target Achievement

Monthly installation target achieve करना।

Company के financial model के अनुसार payment collection सुनिश्चित करना।

Fraud prevention और compliance सुनिश्चित करना।

7. Reporting & MIS

Daily report: leads, visits, installations, pending cases, issues।

Weekly planning: target vs achievement, next steps, resource requirement।

Management को accurate data और field updates देना।

8. Training & Awareness

Customer awareness drives चलाना (society meetings, local campaigns)।

Sales executives / field staff को scheme updates और documentation process पर training देना।

Government notifications और portal updates की जानकारी टीम को तुरंत देना।

• ग्राहकों को PM Saurya Ghar Yojana की पूरी जानकारी देना
• घर-घर या कॉलिंग के माध्यम से लीड जनरेट करना
• साइट विज़िट कर ग्राहक के घर की सोलर क्षमता जांचना
• कोटेशन दिलवाना और प्लान समझाना
• डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और सब्सिडी प्रक्रिया में ग्राहक की मदद करना
• सेल्स क्लोज़ करना और रिपोर्टिंग करना
• इंस्टालेशन टीम के साथ कोऑर्डिनेशन
• कस्टमर सपोर्ट और फॉलो-अप
